Teural is a new brand, how can I trust you?
Yes, we are a new brand, and we have taken extreme care to make sure that our products are very safe & yet efficacious for your children. We are dermatologist and pediatric tested on minor skins (12-17 years old). You can contact us for certifications. And to put your mind at extra ease, we offer free samples for you to try. Can I cancel or change my order?
Please note that cancellation will be possible only before the product is dispatched.
Note:
- Cancellation of an order is possible as long as the order isn’t shipped yet.
- Individual items in an order cannot be cancelled.
- The amount will be credited to the same payment mode within 7-15 business days.
Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability. In case the stock is not available, we will send in the replacement once the product is in stock or we will refund the amount to you.
Is Teural products certified?
All our products are certified by FDA (Food & Drug Administration). All are dermatologically and pediatric tested on minor skins before launching them in the market.
Could any of Teural products trigger allergies?
We have taken utmost care in selecting the ingredients to make sure that they don’t contain the usual allergens present in most personal care products. All our products are Allergy certified by Mascot SpinControl India. Also, all products are extensively patch tested on multiple minors before launching them. While we have done our best to ensure your safety, in case you are concerned, we request you to do a patch test on your body before using our products and get in touch with us.
Do Teural use preservatives?
Yes. We use extremely mild, safe & time-tested preservatives in our products. Our preservatives have been approved for use by the FDA. Preservation is absolutely necessary for any product that has water in it, and not all preservatives are bad. We have used absolutely mild preservatives for children's delicate skin.
What is different between Chemical & Mineral Sunscreen Agents. And which one does Teural use?
Mineral sunscreens use natural ingredients like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide to block UV rays, making them safer for sensitive skin. Chemical sunscreens absorb UV rays but may cause irritation and contain ingredients like oxybenzone, which can disrupt hormones in children. Mineral options are gentler and eco-friendly.
Teural only used Mineral based sunscreen agents in our products.
How to track your Order. Find where is your product?
You can find your order in the account section of your profile. Alternatively, you can click on MY ORDERS to find your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders above INR 399 - Free shipping within India
Orders below INR 399 - INR 50 will be collected additionally.
When will my order be processed?
We usually dispatch the orders within 1-2 business days.
What’s your return, exchange & replacement policy?
Products classified as "Hygiene, Health and Personal Care products" cannot be returned. However, only items received damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect are eligible for a free replacement or refund.
- Initiate a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery for any wrong, expired, or damaged product(s).
- Requests can be made through contacting us at care@teural.com or via the Chat option for immediate assistance.
- Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.
- Upon approval, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the returned products.
- If our reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you'll need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier. We will reimburse the shipping costs to your preferred wallet.
- Once we receive the product(s), we'll verify it against your claim and proceed with the replacement or refund, subject to stock availability.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Expired product delivered.
- Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/tampered product or packaging.
- Incomplete order – missing products.
- Opened/used/altered products.
- Original packaging missing.
- Request generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Orders can be cancelled via the "Cancel" button on the order details page under the "My Account" section, stating the reason for cancellation.
- Alternatively, contact our customer service at +9196866 59535(Mon - Fri, 9 am to 6 pm) for assistance with cancellations.
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are marked "Ready to Ship".
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7 business days.
- After a return request is made, we organize a pickup within 2-3 business days. The product is then inspected by our team. Upon passing inspection, a refund or replacement is initiated, typically within 2 weeks from the pickup date.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide bank details for the refund transfer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
